Terms of Service

1. I have the choice of showing the drawing(s) to other people, like uploading it onto my website/social media. Don't worry, I will not use it for profit!2. I retain all rights for the drawings unless explicitly mentioned/agreed by me :>3. My drawings need to be credited for both commercial and non-commercial use.4. NSFW, body horror, and gore are okay!5. After the sketch stage, you are allowed 1 free revision (eg. changing hair colour or adding a tattoo) extra revisions will have additional costs. During the sketch stage, if there are too many big revisions (eg. changing the pose multiple times), I may charge extra.6. Price of drawing may change from listed prices depending on what you use my work for (eg. commercial use for merchandise, etc.)7. Rendering takes a while... If the character you want me to draw is super detailed, there will be additional charges. Examples: fancy armour, weapons, elaborate outfits, highly detailed characters (such as those from Genshin Impact/vtubers), etc. Otherwise, I’d basically be making way less than minimum wage. Thanks for understanding!8. You are not allowed to use my work, even if commissioned, to train generative AI or use it for generative AI in any form.

Commercial Use

1. Commercial rights: The client must specify whether the work is for commercial or personal purposes. For commercial use, the artist is entitled to royalties amounting to 12% gross profits directly related to the work.
2. Reporting: The client agrees to provide quarterly sales reports and issue royalty payments within 30 days following the end of each quarter.
